1. Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Methods:
Payments are accepted via bank transfer.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.Late Payments:
Late Fee: A $25 late fee will be applied for each day payment is overdue.
Service Suspension: Services will be suspended if payment is not received within 5 days, or if late payments become a recurring issue.
2 . Refund Policy:
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours.
3. Cancellation Policy
We value our clients and staff, so the following late cancellation fees apply:
Less than 48 hours’ notice: 25% of the service cost.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the service cost.
Why We Charge These Fees:
These fees help compensate for the time reserved for your appointment, which could have been allocated to other clients, and ensures we can cover staff wages.
How to Avoid Fees:
To avoid cancellation charges, please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

4. Pet & Animal Policy
Safety & Liability:
For the safety of our staff and the well-being of your pets, please ensure that all large pets are secured or restrained during the cleaning service, especially if no one is home.
Liability Disclaimer:
Kings Cleaning Co. cannot be held responsible for incidents involving unrestrained pets during the service.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Secure Your Pets:
Ensure all pets are safely restrained or confined before our team arrives.
Inform Us:
Notify us if anyone in the household has been sick or is currently unwell, and provide any relevant instructions regarding your pets.
6. Lockout Policy
What Is a Lockout?
A lockout occurs when:
A key is not left in the agreed-upon location for the cleaner to access the home.
The customer is not present to let the cleaner in at the scheduled time.
Lockout Fee:
Fee Amount: 100% of the service cost.
Reason for Fee: This fee covers lost time and staff wages for the scheduled service.
Avoiding Lockouts:
Leave a key in the agreed-upon location prior to your scheduled service.
Ensure you are home or have made alternative access arrangements.
